Scheduling, Cancellation, Late Arrivals & No Shows

  • ​​I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine, I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies
  • All sessions have a specific time schedule.  To ensure for a relaxed & unhurried experience please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service time.  Early arrival allows time to fill out your health form (New Clients) change & prepare for your service.  It also allows time for discussion of your personal goals concerning your treatment and to receive the best service possible.  All sessions begin & end on time so that the next client is not delayed.  Late arrival will shorten your service time & you will be responsible for the full session.


  • ​A deposit is required to reserve your service time.  The deposit will be applied toward your service. The remaining balance is due after the completion of your service.  
    (Full pre-payment is also an option)
     
  • Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will void your Deposit, Pre-payment, Gift Certificate or Massage & Spa Package Sessions.  Please know that I realize that life happens If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, you must cancel and /or reschedule  24 hours in advance of your scheduled  appointment time to avoid forfeiting your Deposit, Pre-payment, Gift Certificate or Massage & Spa Packages.  After 24 hours the system will not allow you to cancel or reschedule your service.   *ALL DEPOSITS, PREPAYMENTS, INVOICE PAYMENTS are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.  GIFT CERTIFICATES , MASSAGE & SPA PACKAGES are NON-REFUNDABLE    *PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. All ONLINE Gift Certificates must be booked online

New & Existing Clients

  • As a massage therapist, please understand that I do not diagnose disease, prescribe medication or manipulate bones; and while massage is tremendously therapeutic in nature and a wonderful health tool it is not a substitute for medical attention and examination.  I ask that you alert me to any changes that occur with your health at each visit so that I can provide you with the massage that is most beneficial for you.  Under certain conditions, massage may not be advisable, for example when a fever is present indicating infection or a cold
